Can GKRC-02F Voltage Protection Relay be used as Single Phase?

GKRC-02F is a three phase protection voltage relay. It is not suitable for use as a single phase, as it also has a phase sequence protection feature. For single-phase use, GKRC-M2 or MCC-1D models can be preferred.
