What can be the reason for not getting contact output from the MKC-03 engine protection relay although voltages are normal?

Phase sequence protection is available on the MKC-03 motor protection relay. If the phase sequence is entered incorrectly, no output will be obtained from the contact. It must be checked that the phase order has been entered correctly.
