Why could encounter the problem of not communicating despite the hardware connection to the EMG-02 Ethernet modem?

The EMG-02 ethernet modem enables communication of up to two hardware because of design.

Modbus IDs of this hardware must be 1 and 2. IDs given to devices other than these numbers will cause failure to establish a communication connection with EMG-02.
