Enermedic - Why is there a gap in the consumption summary graph?
As of v3.0.0, Enermedic collects data from the devices periodically through the instant monitoring method. If the data cannot be read from time to time due to physical problems, communication quality and other reasons, gaps may occur in the graphics. To improve the quality of instant reading:
Make sure that the modems and devices are always on. The Energy Doctor cannot read the data during this time, as the hardware will shut down during physical power cuts.
Check that the communication quality of the modems is high on the My Hardware page. Check that the connection quality of the devices with the modems are high via the My Hardware page.
