Why do we encounter “Holiday Mode” on DTR Astronomical Time Relay Screen? What should we do?

DTR astronomical time relays have 1 battery to keep all information in memory. This battery has a certain lifespan and needs to be replaced when this period is over.

If the battery is not replaced and the device supply is cut off, the relay software may be damaged and the “holiday mode” warning may result in an obstacle to the use of the hardware.

In DTR models with replaceable battery feature, the battery can be changed by opening the cover under the device. For models that do not have this feature, our customer service department should be contacted and can sent your device to our technical service department for repair.
